Upon joining Retently, I inherited an app with a suboptimal design. My main responsibility was to progressively enhance both the user interface and user experience. Working within the constraints of the existing design, I made incremental improvements that over time resulted in significant enhancements. These changes involved refining usability, optimizing the visual design, and introducing new features to better serve user needs and align with business objectives. Through continuous iteration and collaboration, I played a key role in transforming the app into a more intuitive, user-friendly platform.

Create & Manage Campaigns

This section allows the creation and management of feedback campaigns based on various metrics. With an intuitive interface, campaigns can be easily customized, target audiences defined, and performance tracked to collect valuable insights tailored to the selected metric.

Survey Customization

This section focuses on tailoring survey templates to fit specific campaign needs. Users can adjust questions and design elements, ensuring the survey aligns with their objectives. Once completed, respondents view a personalized survey experience, and the results are presented in a straightforward, actionable format.

Campaign Setup

Users can set up their campaign by filtering the target audience, configuring notifications across multiple channels (e.g., Slack), and adjusting automation settings like autoreplies.
